Popular is a mobile application that allows users to rate and rank public personalities. Users can vote, view rankings, and purchase visibility boosters.

3. User Accounts

Popular uses an anonymous device-based identification system. No account creation is required.

4. Voting Rules

• Users may vote once every 24 hours per personality
• Votes are final and cannot be reversed
• Automated voting or manipulation is prohibited

5. Booster System

• Boosters provide temporary visibility on the Home page
• Booster (1 hour) - 0.99 EUR
• Super Booster (24 hours) - 9.99 EUR
• Golden Booster (1 week) - 49.99 EUR
• Purchases are processed through Apple/Google

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate votes or rankings
• Impersonate other people
• Upload offensive content

7. Content

Personality information may be sourced from Wikipedia. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Popular app, its design, code, and content are owned by Popular App.

9. Disclaimer

Popular is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

Popular shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union.
